Delyna Mandas is a female Dunmer Agent, and the daughter of Arethan Mandas, a former House Redoran noble who's now gone quite mad and is harassing travellers near the cave of Milk where he currently resides. Rescuing Delyna from her captors in Tel Fyr will cause him to regain some of his sanity.

She will give you her locket as a sign to her father that she is alive.

Delyna is a medium trainer in Short Blade, Light Armor and Athletics.
