The Heart of Lorkhan can only be killed by using the Keening and Sunder artifacts. It does not attack or even move on its own, but it is defended by the god Dagoth Ur, whose very immortality depends on it.
The Heart's Health starts at 1000, and is reset to 5000 every frame, thus cannot be killed under normal circumstances. In order to kill it without using Sunder and Keening, you would need to find a way to do over 5000 damage to it in a single hit - not possible without using the TES Construction Set (create a massive damage spell), using the alchemy glitch to fortify your strength or the Bloodmoon expansion (Ebony Arrows of Slaying). This would, however, break the main quest.
