Hlormar Wine-Sot is a Nord barbarian who (as Nord Barbarians are apparently prone to do - see Botrir and Hisin Deep-Raed) got into trouble with a witch he was escorting, for which she drugged him and stole his clothes, along with his precious axe, Cloudcleaver. You may be of help in recovering it for him, for which he will reward you with some Strength training.
