Frald the White at the Hawkmoth Fort in Ebonheart tells you to kill a former legionaire, Honthjolf, who quit the Imperial Legion to work at the remote place of Aharnabi.

[edit] Kill the traitor Honthjolf

Aharnabi is east of Molag Mar, on the peninsula where the Statue of Azura is located. The cave entrance is just south-southwest of the Shrine of Azura, right next to the water. It's a small cave that has its fair share of enchanters and Daedra worshippers, but your target is in the cave's northeastern corner.

Report back to Frald when Honthjolf is dead.
