[edit] Detailed Walkthrough
[edit] Chores
Mallam Ryon at the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora will ask you to visit Baladas Demnevanni in Arvs-Drelen in Gnisis and ask him three questions about the Dwemer disappearances, artifacts, and language.
[edit] Three Questions for Baladas Demnevanni
When you speak with Baladas, the answers he'll give you will depend on his disposition towards you. If he doesn't like you, you may not even get an answer at all (though you can still complete the quest since you only need to ask the questions). If his disposition is higher than 70, you should get an informative answer about each of the three.
Return to Mallam when you've asked the questions to complete the quest and receive some Messenger scrolls as a reward. You only get these scrolls if Baladas answered all three questions.
[edit] Notes
- If you have already completed the Telvanni Hortator part of the Fourth Trial of the Main Quest, you will be unable to receive this quest since you would have killed Master Gothren and therefore his Mouth, Mallam Ryon, will not be in the Council House.
- Asking the questions, receiving a negative response on one or more, and then getting his disposition up and asking them again to receive a desired answer will still cause Mallam to act as if you only got the bad answer for those questions, even when you got a better one later.
[edit] Quest Stages
These Codes can be used along with the Journal Console Command and Quest ID given within the chart to update the quest to a certain point.
