Vedelea Othril is a female Dunmer Thief located inside a prison cell in the tower of Odirniran.
She has been captured by the sorcerer, Milyn Faram. Othril is part of a House Hlaalu expeditionary force trying to take over the tower from the Telvanni Mage.
Depending on your faction, you are to free Vedelea Othril or leave her to Milyn for his experiments.
