[edit] Getting your money back from Enchanters

Balmora templte has someone that can barter and enchant. The trick to getting all your money back is to open up the barter menu first, then enchant an item. The money you spent will be available for bartering. Even with a very low Merchantile skill, you can barter a high cost item back and forth to get your money back.
