Here's a basic critique of the many assumptions I see you guys making that a new user does not catch.

Bash can resolve most conflicts between various race mods through the "Import Race Info" feature of the Bashed Patch. This can get a bit complicated though...

[edit] Basic Procedure

   * Make sure that race mods are tagged correctly. [What does this mean?]
   * Make sure that race mods are in correct load order. [Define Correct? seems fine to me]
   * Rebuild Bashed Patch [what patch? how do you create one? all I see is a list of my mods]
         o Check "Race Records"
o Check any race mods that you want to import info from.
o Click "Ok" to rebuild patch.
o Review the Patch Log after the patch is rebuilt!

Etc. The faqs are very helpful, but only for someone that already has experience with Wrye Bash. I can't even figure out what a Bashed patch IS, much less how to create one. — Unsigned comment by 71.229.4.25 (talk) on 1 March 2011

I don't think anybody here has anything to do with this any more. Try asking on the forums. rpeh •TCE 12:54, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
