There is a possible glitch that when you enter the inn, she will not be wearing her clothes and will be in her underwear. Either that or it is a scripted event.^{—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.19.254.59 (talk • contribs).}

I think shes one of those merchants who doesn't have a merchant chest, which means she sells whatever is in her inventory. You may have bought the clothes she was wearing, if this is the case.
