Strangely, when you wear the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal, she says to you, "You're the Gray Fox! Thank you for everything you have done to help us in the Waterfront!"

I've moved that off because it doesn't seem possible to me. To get that line of dialogue:

• The NPC must be in the ICWaterfrontResident faction
• The NPC must not be a guard
• The player must be wearing the Gray Cowl
• The NPC must be talking to the player

Now quite clearly the first of those isn't true. with Sister Angrond unless a mod has added her to that faction. This may have been a one-off glitch. In any case, it shouldn't be on the article. –Rpeh^{•T•C•E•} 12:00, 27 May 2008 (EDT)
