Cutter's Weapons is a blacksmith shop in Crucible, the demented half of New Sheoth. [edit]

Cutter can make you Madness armor or weapons, if you bring her the appropriate number of pieces of madness ore. If you also have the appropriate madness matrix, she can make magical madness weapons or armor. You cannot choose the enchantments on these. There is no money cost; the ore/matrix is removed from your inventory and replaced with the chosen item. The specific name and stats vary with level.

There are a few places where Madness ore can be stolen from. Cutter will accept stolen ore
