Lower Steepfall Burrow

Steepfall Burrow is a small cave containing animals on the north coast of Haafingar.

There is a second exit to the cave named Lower Steepfall Burrow with its own map marker (which therefore counts as a second location for the "Locations Discovered" statistic). However, this exit cannot be used to access the upper part of the burrow.

Inside the burrow are two frost trolls. East across the bridge, and to the left (north) is a second frost troll with a skeleton nearby. A few steps away from the skeleton is a boss chest, a random sword, and a coin purse.

The bridge in the cave sits over a long (survivable) drop into water. Deep underwater, lying next to an apprentice-locked chest, is a leveled soul gem. There is also a coin purse near some large bones. On the west side of the pool, directly under the bridge, is a short, underwater tunnel leading to lower Steepfall Burrow. There is a small pack of ice wolves living here. South of where you surface is an unlocked chest. On the ledge above where you surface there is a Corundum Ore vein and a dead hunter. There is also a satchel nearby. Just north of where you surface is a small tunnel leading to an entrance/exit at the bottom of the mountain near the shore.
