Witches are generic, hostile female NPCs that can be randomly encountered in two similar situations. There are three versions of witches who differ in their magic specialization and in terms of possible races:

The first version (00074F74) specializes in Fire Damage, and may be Altmer, Breton, Dunmer, or Imperial. The second version (00074F75) specializes in Frost Damage, and may be Altmer, Breton, Imperial, or Nord. The third version (00074F76) specializes in Shock Damage, and may be Altmer, Breton, Dunmer, or Imperial.
