Tribunal talk:Karrod

Hello, I am currently playing the tribunal expansion and trying to get the blade from Karrod. The Blade of Nerevar quest. However when I entered the throne room Karrod is still trying to kill me. My journal updated with him saying i had bested him etc... However in gameplay he is still killing me,and I cannot set the next quest in motion.Arrgh! Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Luna

Talen Vandas was the late King Llethan's nephew and protege, and next in line for the throne. There are two dialogue entries that mention him, both under the subject of "Helseth":

King Helseth is our new king, son of Queen Barenziah. I'd like to know what happened to King Athyn Llethan, and to his young protege, Talen Vandas. It all seems a bit suspicious to me.

and

He's our new king, I suppose. I would like to know what happened to King Athyn Llethan. Seems a bit odd that the old man died so soon after Helseth arrived in Mournhold. And what about Talen Vandas, Llethan's nephew? Everyone assumed he would be next in line for the throne. Until his accident, that is....

The statements that Karrod makes are not specific to him, but in fact may be heard from almost anyone in Mournhold with a disposition over 60. --TheRealLurlock ^Talk 03:30, 9 May 2012 (UTC)

Actually, just noticed there's a whole bunch more dialogue about him under the subject "Talen Vandas" - go figure. For some reason that doesn't show up when you do a text-search in the CS. --TheRealLurlock ^Talk 03:35, 9 May 2012 (UTC)

Karrod is missing!

I can't find him anywhere in the throne room, and even during the duel and the Nerevar blade quests he is gone. can somebody help me find him? 69.180.39.172 02:35, 18 October 2012 (GMT)

Trz look for him in Winged Guar upstairs, or in case PC, try placeatpc function in console.

I have the same problem, "resetactor" show nothing, "placeatnpc" create a dumb Karrod. The guy is at Winged Guar, but do nothing. So I use this:

journal tr_champion 80

player->additem "glass dagger_symmachus_unique" 1

After We need to talk to the king, and to the queen, before go back upstair Winged Guar and talk to Karrod for the next quest item. Everything fine now ! --16:44, 28 August 2015 (UTC)Mikhaddo (talk)

Rest of the Royal Guards in the throne room attack Karrod when duel commences

The other Royal Guards in the throne room attack Karrod once our duel starts. I should note that all the guards have a high (>80) disposition with me, save Tienius Delitian, who only has a disposition of 51 with me. I tried adding Karrod to the Royal Guards faction, but that didn't work. What should I do?
