[edit] Compliment
My compliments to all the people who have made this site the best source for the Elder Scrolls series. I am absolutely amazed at the amount of information one can find here. I have derived a lot of benefit from this site. So I just want to thank all of you. And keep up the good work.
May The Force Be With You.
[edit] About Myself
Lord Vivek sitting on the Throne of Madness
My real name is Vivek. I am a huge Oblivion fan. Considering all its aspects, I think it is the greatest game ever created. I started playing it in August 2006 (my brother introduced me to it). From that time life took a different turn. It was the beginning of a glorious chapter in my life (it looks like a closed chapter now). I really enjoy playing Oblivion, whenever I play, and have played it a lot (over a thousand hours).
[edit] My Association With UESP
Although I have been visiting this site since the time I started playing Oblivion (again, my brother is responsible for it), I hadn't thought of joining till May 2007, mainly because I used to play this game so much that I couldn't do anything else. Now that things have settled down I, occasionally, do some editing around here. Unfortunately, I can't spend a lot of time here because I have plenty of other things to do as well, other than playing Oblivion that is. Usually, I just try to clean up the pages I visit. By the way, I really don't like typing (obviously, I am not good at it!), so I just try to stay away from things which involve a lot of typing.
[edit] Mankar Camoran
Mankar Camoran's Majestic Palace
In case you are wondering why I have named myself Mankar Camoran, it is not because he is evil or anything like that. The main reason is his magnificent speech in Paradise, which really mesmerised me (great voice acting by Terence Stamp, one of my favourite actors). I have listened to it so many times that I remember every word of it. I think Stamp deserved an award for it. After I finished the Paradise quest, my love for Oblivion increased a thousandfold.
