When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Hello and welcome to UESPWiki! Thanks for your interest in the wiki; however, you seem to have been making multiple edits to a page by not using the show preview button, clogging up the Recent Changes in the process. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but keep in mind that each edit needs to be patrolled, so multiple consecutive edits create an unnecessary hassle on those who patrol. So please utilize this feature! Hi! Just a reminder, making multiple consecutive edits to pages really clogs up the Recent Changes page, and it takes time for people to go through and patrol each edit. Using the show preview button saves us time, keep the Recent Changes easier to follow, and will help you catch mistakes before hitting that save button. Hello Sho'mari! I cannot help but notice that you are continuing to make multiple edits to your user page in a short period of time. Our patrollers would very much appreciate it if you utilised the "Show Preview" button, as they have to check each and every one of your edits and mark them as patrolled. As I am sure you can imagine, this creates a lot of work for our poor patrollers. You have edited your user page nearly fifty times in the last 90 minutes, despite being asked to utilize the show preview feature as a courtesy to other editors. Your editing is becoming disruptive, as it has required us to not only check and patrol each one of your edits, but also to take the time to ask you to please not make so many unnecessary edits.

As much as we like to encourage our users to personalize their pages and get used to wiki editing, we aren't a social media site, and our priority is creating content that will be helpful to other users.
