The Fighter Questers are the people who offer Fighters Guild quests, both member quests for guild members and non-member quests for non-members. Although the type of reward for any quest is dictated by the quest files rather than one's reputation with the guild, a positive reputation slightly increases the amount of gold that is paid as a quest reward.
