Lord Kilbar

Lord Kilbar is a Breton noble and is in some way connected with the Gen Tem village in High Rock. Since this village apparently does not exist at all in the game, nothing else is known about him.

Notes

• Lord Kilbar can occasionally be found in seemingly random houses, although no further interaction can be achieved.
• He mistakenly has the body of a woman.
• He is apparently allied with the Dark Brotherhood.
