Dolyn Rols is a male Dunmer trader who can be found at the Potter's Hall in the south-western corner of Vivec's St. Delyn Canton plaza. He trades in miscellaneous items, though he doesn't have any to sell, nor much gold with which to buy them. Dolyn is not involved in any quests and does not provide any unique information.
