1. Talk to Sirilonwe about her need to get someone killed
2. Travel to the Ald'ruhn's Ald-Skar Inn
3. Kill Shashev
4. Return to Sirilonwe with his key

Speak with Sirilonwe at the Mages Guild in Vivec, Foreign Quarter Plaza, and mention someone killed.

[edit] Shashev's Key

Sirilonwe will ask you to kill her rival Shashev in Ald'ruhn's Ald-Skar Inn and bring back his key. Taunt & kill Shashev and take anything you like from his corpse, including the key and his nice enchanted ring. Return to Sirilonwe with Shashev's key (you get to keep anything you found on Shashev) to complete the quest.
