[edit] Enchantments

The weird thing though, is that in my Morrowind game it actually has enchantments, as well as higher attack power:

Volendrung Blunt Weapon, Two Handed

Damage: Chop 1-50 Slash: 1-42 Thrust: 1-3

Condition: 6000/6000

Weight: 32.0

Value: 50000

Enchanments: On Strike Absorb Strength 15 points for 30 seconds Absorb Health 1-2 points for 10 seconds Paralyze 2 seconds

All in all, looks like a shiny huge hammer. Any ideas as to why, since there's no mention of it on the wiki? :) Lovykar 18:47, 26 September 2008 (EDT)

My guess is it's been changed by a mod. Since we can't possibly cover all potential changes by mods, we tend not to discuss them on the site (with the exception of a few special ones, like the Unofficial Patches and such). As for it being shiny, that's true of anything enchanted in Morrowind by default. But the unmodded version of this hammer is unenchanted, at least in my version of the game, and having until now heard no reports to the contrary, I have to assume this is the case in others as well. --TheRealLurlock Talk 23:32, 26 September 2008 (EDT)
I've checked in GotY and original and both have the stats as shown here. I concur with Lurlock - it must be a mod that has changed your values. –RpehTCE 10:41, 27 September 2008 (EDT)
Yeah, that sounds likely - I initially thought it might have been Tribunal or Bloodmoon that had done it, but there was no reference to it there either. I've got like 20 mods or so on my game, most from years ago when I installed it first, so my guess is that it's one of them. Thanks for clarifying at least :) Lovykar 12:22, 27 September 2008 (EDT)
