Clancy does not appear in the game, but judging from his editor id (DogCheydinhalFG), was intended to be a pet in the Cheydinhal Fighters Guild, much like Mojo is a pet in the Anvil guild hall.

Like Mojo, he is a member of the Fighters Guild and so attacking him will result in expulsion. His only action would have been to wander around the guild hall all day and night.
