Hauls-Ropes-Faster is a male Argonian Pirate on the crew of the Serpent's Wake, which is currently docked in Anvil for refitting. He fights against Thurindil every day on the dockside between 1am and 4am. He is not involved in any quests.

He is supposed to be an advanced trainer in Athletics, but due to a glitch he never actually offers any services. He will, however, direct you to speak with Master trainer Rusia Bradus if your Athletics skill is 70 or over.
