This was in development before that happened. ZOS has had their content planned out past 2020 for a while. I don't think this is a reference to a thing that happened in the news; just because their names are similar doesn't make it a reference.174.216.17.66 14:59, 12 February 2020 (GMT)

There would need to be much stronger evidence in support, and I can see a number of differences. Specifically, the names are spelled a fair bit differently, hunting humans for sport is a different activity than recruiting (and itself refers to any number of literary works), and there's nothing else that would suggest any kind of intentional connection. – Robin Hood  ^(talk) 19:12, 12 February 2020 (GMT)

While I think that it’s quite likely that the name Ghisiliane is a reference to Ghislaine, I agree with Robin Hood that the similarities between the names alone isn’t enough to warrant any mention here. —Aran Anumarile Autaracu Alatasel (talk) 20:42, 12 February 2020 (GMT)
