Rot-gut, you odious pustule, You're to relocate to Cidhna Mine. This is as much for your safety as anything else.

Your contact will get themselves arrested and meet you at the bottom of the mine. They'll give you the passphrase, then you hand over the key. Got it?

If the contact doesn't know the passphrase, you kill them.

ANYONE bothers you, you kill them. The guards won't interfere.

Tell the contact the key opens a strongbox at Liar's Retreat, and in that strongbox they'll find the "merchandise".

And for the love of Talos, destroy this letter once you've read it! Fool.
