Change Note

After the change from using NESTLEVEL to using PROTECTIONLEVEL, this template will now automatically turn itself off or on depending on the protection level of the page it's transcluded to. However, this created a bit of a problem on the Main Page, where we don't want the protection locks to appear. To the best of my knowledge, this is the only case where transcluding the Protection template is a problem, so I simply <noinclude>ed the templates on the relevant subpages of the Main Page and left it at that. If there are other cases, the logic may have to be rethought or a parameter added or some such solution. – Robin Hood ^(talk) 00:58, 12 August 2023 (UTC)
