Mawia is a Velothi tower on a small island just off the coast southeast of Molag Mar. ^[edit]

Delvam Andarys (a target of a Temple quest) holds the unique shortsword Shimsil, which makes up for the otherwise mundane, leveled loot. There is also quite a big collection of books, among them Vampires of Vvardenfell, v II, lots of alchemy ingredients, and a creepy necromantic altar.

The tower is guarded by three leveled Undead.
