Ralen Tilvur is a male Dunmer Smith and Hireling of House Hlaalu who owns a shop in the Foreign Quarter plaza in Vivec. His shop is in direct competition with Alusaron, who would like to obtain a contract that Ralen has recently received. He has also been the target of some thieves, much to the consternation of House Hlaalu. If you have installed the Adamantium Armor plug-in, he will have some of the armor for sale.
