A Fighting Chance is an armor and weaponry store located in the Imperial City Market District. [edit]

This store is owned by Rohssan, a Redguard merchant with 1200 gold and an expert Mercantile level. She sells blades of all kinds and Repair Hammers. She also offers repair services and advanced Armorer training. The unique item Battleaxe of Hatred can be bought here; the axe damages Strength, Endurance, and Willpower 5 points each. The store is open from 8am to 8pm. It is decorated with various blades, a few helmets ranging from iron to steel, benches, weapon racks, and a few practice targets. As you level, the swords you can buy improve in quality, though never above Elven. Rohssan buys all weapons and armor.
