On an island in Niben Bay, just northeast of Bravil.

Fort Grief is a medium fort northeast of Bravil containing NPCs (quest-specific). [edit] It contains two zones: The Hunter's Run and The Hunter's Abyss.

Notes

• The gate to the Fort is locked but can be opened by turning the handle on the ground nearby. However, unless you have begun the Caught in the Hunt quest in Bravil you will receive a "... rusted ... won't open" message.
• Two bottles of Shadowbanish Wine for the Venerable Vintage quest can be found in a chest on the upper floor of the ruined tower.
• You cannot fast travel when you are in the exterior part of the fort ruins. However, any player wanting to travel can do so by swimming only a short distance into the surrounding water. Also, while Caught in the Hunt is active, it is best to use the provided boat, instead of fast travel, to get either to or from the fort.
