Hasathil is a female Bosmer Commoner, and the wife of Heinrich Oaken-Hull, captain of the Serpent's Wake, currently docked in Anvil. Considering Heinrich's insistance that the ship is merely docked in Anvil for refitting, it seems odd that he doesn't mention that he and his wife happen to live here, too. She is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services.

She is apparently more than friends with Enilroth, whom she sometimes meets behind the stables outside Anvil.
