The Foaming Flask is a small inn in the Talos Plaza District of the Imperial City. [edit]
It caters for the less well-off residents of the area, as opposed to The Tiber Septim Hotel, although Agarmir, Elragail and Ontus Vanin are regulars at both establishments. The publican, Ernest Manis, is always ready to sell his guests any food they might require.
The Foaming Flask does not offer beds for its guests. However, it is possible to pick the lock on the door to the Foaming Flask Lodgings and sleep in the bed there for free without it being registered as trespassing.
