Does Modryn always wear plain iron armor and wield that old iron mace? Seems like pretty bland equipment for the second-in-command of the Fighters' Guild. IWon'tFightUndead 12:12, 15 October 2007 (EDT)

Yes, he always wears iron armor (boots and cuirass), but his weapon is a steel mace, not an iron mace. None of his equipment is leveled. --Nephele^Talk 03:30, 20 October 2007 (EDT)

I thought I'd better explain why I removed the statistics box from the article since I imagine our anonymous friend put a fair bit of work into it. First, we already have the important data in the infobox - level, health and magicka. Fatigue isn't nearly as important and the others are also largely irrelevant. The second point is that if we have it on one NPC we ought to have it on all of them. That's not too bad for fixed-level NPCs like Modryn Oreyn but for PC-relative NPCs it'll be a real pain as all the various level adjustments need to be incorporated. Quite simply it would be a lot of effort for not very much gain.

I had actually considered adding this information myself, early in my wiki education, but talked myself out of it. I don't believe enough people would be interested in the information to justify its inclusion. –Rpeh^{•T•C•E•} 11:14, 20 February 2008 (EST)

And if I ever find time to put together my NPC statistics calculator, this information will be available for all NPCs, including leveled ones, through the calculator. And FYI, it's not that putting together the calculator is difficult... the problem really is just finding a spare afternoon when fifty other wiki requests aren't higher priorities. --Nephele^Talk 11:44, 20 February 2008 (EST)
