Lightning Shield M% for D seconds

This effect does two different things. First, it provides M% Resist Shock, thus reducing Shock Damage by M%. Secondly, enemies next to the casting character will be damaged at 1pt elemental damage per 10pts spell strength.

• This effect's name is somewhat inconsistant, in that all other effects relating to Shock Damage use the word "Shock" instead of "Lightning". Since all Fire, Frost, and Poison effects use one word each in their effect names, it makes this one stand out.
