[edit] Description

The house in Chorrol is called Arborwatch and is located in the circle around the Great Oak, next door to the Mages Guild hall. It has a large downstairs and two upstairs areas; one is called the Suite and the other is the Bedrooms, which contains two small bedrooms. It will cost far more to upgrade than the 20K you spend to purchase it. Completing the A Shadow over Hackdirt quest will give you automatic 100 Disposition with Seed-Neeus, which will help you with the prices. Countess Valga will not discuss its sale unless you raise her disposition to approximately 70 and also requires that your fame rating is at least 13 before she will sell it to you. The exact combination of maximum disposition possible may vary with fame or associations. It is considered by many to be a poor house for the price you pay, even when fully furnished. The main floor, although pretty, is rather pointless, along with the two extra, unnecessary bedrooms.

These show the appearance of the house after all of the upgrades have been purchased.
