Traveling down the tunnel into a water filled open area, you will come across a waterlogged chest (Q). If you have begun the quest A Brotherhood Betrayed, you will find Raynil Dralas (R) as well.

Continue through the small watery tunnel. To the left is one chest that is half underwater; to the right is another that is out of the water.
