Nilphas Omellian is a male Dunmer Trader who helped out Lord Kelvyn by buying the goods from Battlehorn Castle to supply him with ready cash. He will now sell those items back to you so you can refurbish the castle.

When you achieve Expert level in Mercantile you can invest in his shop. This makes Nilphas the merchant with the most gold available in the game, along with Rowley Eardwulf. (2500 Invested / 3000 Invested and Master Mercantile).
