[edit] Attacking Else

He has been observed attacking Else God-Hater in Two Sister's Lodge, of what seems like no reason.

It seems very possible that Else actually was trying to attack the player (because she's a Mythic Dawn agent) and Graklak got involved. At the least it would be useful to have a bit more information so that other possibilities like this could be ruled out before posting a note in the article. --NepheleTalk 17:23, 15 May 2007 (EDT)

In my game I had zero infamy and fame. Graklak walked in pulled out his dagger Alval cast some massive damage frost spell and killed him. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 207.199.196.90 (talkcontribs) on 1 January 2008.

I had also seen Else attack Graklak, though it was in The West Weald Inn, just after talking to Sinderion for the first time on Nirnroots, and was thinking 'by the Nine', it was quite bizarre. I had a recent save so I reloaded it to see it yet again happen. I also had a save a little previously where after loading (thankfully to me, he did not die). After reading what other people say, I am glad to realize my suspicion that she is a Mythic Dawn member was correct. Though this also makes me quite scarred because she totalled Graklak gro-Buglump with a single slash either of the two loads where they attacked. The fight seemed to be initiated by Else, though I agree as else where that with Graklak being a rogue and what not in that line he must have picked the wrong mark. Paid the highest price, his death. To further detail things, I have just returned the Amulet to Jauffre in the main quest, though I have tried to get a few recommendations for the Mage's guild and started a few side quests. My character is second level, so he really hasn't gone so far. Glad to read other people writing about stuff that I found weird, to give me a few bits of info. I am also glad that I am finally attempting to help other late comers to the game! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Auritor (talkcontribs) on 8 February 2008.
Vandorallen Trebatius was also seen fighting Graklak after another player received his weak potion from Sinderion. The fight escalated to the point where Vandorallen escaped through the balcony with Graklak following intently. When the player finally emerged through the balcony door, Graklak was a heap of meat with a bow-equipped guard standing over him, 2 steel arrows in Graklak's chest. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.68.143.120 (talkcontribs) on 6 August 2008.

[edit] Is he a thief?

Is it possible, that he is a common thief like some other NPC characters, stealing from other NPCs? And that he eventually gets caught in the act? And that his victims answer with fighting and calling guards?

And, even more curious: Is he the mate of Else God-Hater? At least, he is sleeping with her in the same room in the "Two Sister's Lodge"... Why in the world does she attack him? Even when he is on his "business"?

It is very possible that he would try to do illegal activities, because his responsibility is very low (5). Anyone with a responsibility lower than 30 will break the law.
However, sleeping in the same bed as Else does not have any significance. In inns, NPCs will randomly choose to sleep in any of the available beds. If one side of a double bed is unoccupied it counts as an available bed, and an NPC may choose to sleep there regardless of who is in the other half of the bed. --NepheleTalk 20:34, 5 August 2007 (EDT)

[edit] Attacking Alval

When doing the Dark Brotherhood quest 'A Matter of Honor', it is possible that, if Alval Uvani is staying in the West Weald Inn, that Graklak will come in invisible and kill Alval himself.

This comment sneaked through the net a while back... Like the Else post above, I assume this is because he came to the player's aid. With such a low aggression, it doesn't seem likely that he'd attack somebody for no reason. Again, a little more information is required. –RpehTCE 15:46, 21 February 2008 (EST)

I don't really know who he goes after, but in my game he wound up pissing off the vampire hunters that were in town during the vampire quest. gro-Buglump definitely has some kind of behavior that makes people angry, although his aggressive is low enough that he tries to run away when he is caught. 67.176.147.226 04:24, 20 April 2008 (EDT)
I have also noticed him getting into fights with Vandorallen Trebatius, who easily defeated him despite being armed with his fists only. Doesn't this deserve to be mentioned in the article? I think at least seven NPCs who Graklak likes to attack have been reported (Else god-Hater, Alval Uvani, Vandorallen Trebatius and the Vampire Hunters).Nifhelton 16:50, 7 June 2008 (EDT)
I also seen him getting killed by the vampire hunters during the Information at a Price quest, appearently though is had nothing to do with me/my character as I had 100% chameleon. It does make sense to assume he is a low lvl thief and may have been caught in the attempt to steal from the hunters. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 76.18.81.152 (talkcontribs).
