So, uh, how come this guy is a Breton when the rest of his family are Imperials? --66.23.133.52 15:32, 13 March 2007 (EDT)

The same way that Eronor, (a Dunmer at Weynon Priory) can be the brother of Dagail (a Bosmer in Leyawiin). Supposedly, when asked about this, Bethesda implied that people generally inherit the race of their mother, not their father. (This makes it easier on them by not having to deal with cross-breed races.) However, this goes contrary to other parts of lore - for instance, the origin of Bretons as a cross-breed race between Altmer and Nedics (the ancestors of Nords), or the implication that Bosmer and Khajiits are more closely related than either race would ever admit. I wouldn't stress too much over it. Just a little bit of developer-weaseling. --TheRealLurlock Talk 17:03, 13 March 2007 (EDT)
... But his mother is an imperial... It doesn't add up... Perhaps it's simply a mistake? (and yes, I know it says 2007
Hey, you could always pretend the father wasn't always a one woman man, or something. Darkle 17:27, 10 October 2008 (EDT)
