Heratar is a Nord bandit, and is one of the hunters who shows up in Bloated Man's Grotto hunting Sinding.
He wears a full set of steel armor, including the cuirass, boots, gauntlets, and helmet. He carries a war axe, shield, and ring, which are all leveled, as well as a small amount of gold.
He is part of a tougher group that will only be encountered if you choose to help Sinding. The group spawns on the path you have already traveled from the entrance after speaking with Sinding. If you choose to hunt Sinding, then he goes forward into the weaker group with Rissing, but if you choose to help him the tougher group will charge forward and attack.
