Enchanting description: Raises the wielder's Smithing abilities, and does <mag> shock damage to enemies on hit.

Only one item uses this effect. You can learn how to enchant custom items with Smithing Expertise if you find one and disenchant it:

- The enhancement is always +5 smithing and with a variable on damage based on enchanting skill.
[edit] Bugs
- The Smithing Expertise enchantment restores damage to your Smithing skill rather than enhancing it.
