Telrav is an Imperial bandit archer who sits near a cart that has been destroyed on the road east of Ivarstead, and northwest of Sarethi Farm.
Telrav wears a set of merchant's clothes along with a pair of boots. In combat, he relies on a leveled bow and 20 leveled arrows, both of which can be up to Elven in quality.
On approaching him, he will call out, "Bandits attacked and ransacked my cart. Can you help me?" and, "My camp is nearby in the ruins of Nilheim. Get me there safely and you'll be rewarded." If you tell him "You couldn't afford my help", he will spitefully reply, "Fine, leave me to die." Offering to help him initiates Telrav's Request.

- Telrav's physical appearance may differ from game to game: Sometimes he appears not as pictured but with blond hair and different features.
- Telrav is "varlet" backwards, an archaic word one of whose meanings is rogue or villain.
