Felen Maryon is a male Dunmer Sorcerer who sells spells and spellmaking services in Tel Branora to all who need them. Felen is a popular person because he is the only person in all of Vvardenfell that can teach you the rare Summon Winged Twilight and Summon Golden Saint spells. (Summoning Golden Saints is the easiest way to acquire Grand Souls with enough power to create Constant Effect enchantments. Also, it is possible to loot the Golden Saint's valuable weapon and shield immediately after killing them and before they disappear. This is one of the most reliable ways of acquiring Daedric Tower Shields, the single most enchantable item in the game.) Another effect only available from Felen Maryon is the Command Creature spell. Finally, while Command Humanoid is available from other vendors, Felen is the only one who sells a ranged version of it. (Though you could of course make your own.) Felen does not provide any unique information, but he is involved in an optional Thieves Guild quest regarding his ebony staff.
