Cloud Top is a mountain and ruined fort northwest of Chorrol (quest-related). [edit]

It must be reached in order to complete the Fingers of the Mountain quest for the Chorrol Mages Guild recommendation. There is a broken pillar surrounded by crumbling walls (a chest with minor loot is in the underbrush by one wall). If you are here during the Fingers of the Mountain quest you will also find a charred corpse lying on the ground with The Fingers of the Mountain book.
