Honditar is a male Altmer Scout and a hunter living in Chorrol. He is an advanced trainer in Athletics, and knows much about the wilderness surrounding the city. If you ask him, he will mark the location of Hackdirt for you on your map. Although he lives outside the city, the best place to find him for training is under the Great Oak Tree in Chorrol, where he chats from 10am to 8pm every day, but at times if he is not at the tree, check the archery targets next to the gate closest to the Great Oak Tree.

While he is practicing archery, he can be a good source of free steel arrows. He does not fire at the target in front of him, but at a rock beyond it. Watch for the impact, and search the surrounding grass to find them.

• If you enter Honditar's shack and steal the six steel arrows and keep clicking them in your inventory, they will keep multiplying. It does not work if you drop them.
