The ingredient Lettuce is primarily found as food. It can also be harvested from the plant "Lettuce Plant," which is found at several farms.

11 samples are in Cracked Wood Cave
8 samples are in the basement of Francois Motierre's House in Chorrol
6 samples are in Shameer's House in Skingrad
6 samples are in the Anvil Lighthouse Cellar
6 samples are in the Castle Skingrad Dining Hall

It can also be found randomly in the inventories of food vendors and in food containers. Shivering Isles adds 38 additional samples of Lettuce.
