Ra'jiradh is a male Khajiit Scout living in the Talos Plaza District of the Imperial City. Along with his two brothers, Urjabhi and Hassiri, Ra'jiradh runs the officially sanctioned publication, The Black Horse Courier which is distributed throughout Cyrodiil. When he's not at home or at the Black Horse Courier offices in the Market District, Ra'jiradh can be found around and about the Imperial City, handing out his beloved publication but due to his scouting nature he is often killed on trails. The Forrester Shirt he wears is of zero weight. He is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services.
