Sir Berich is an Imperial added by the Knights of the Nine official plug-in.
He was one of the original Knights of the Nine long ago. In the KotN plugin you encounter him as the "Wraith of Lord Vlindrel" in Underpall Cave. In this form, he resembles a Gloom Wraith, with the Nether Lich shaded effect.
Sir Amiel first speaks of him at the Priory of the Nine during the quest Priory of the Nine. You may also hear random NPCs in the game talking about the "Wraith of Lord Vlindrel" haunting along the Orange Road.
During the quest The Sword of the Crusader, you must defeat Lord Berich Vlindrel at Underpall Cave for the last relic of Divine Crusader, Pelinal Whitestrake, Sword of the Crusader.
.
[edit] Unique Dialogue
If you ask him about "Knights of the Nine", he says:
"The Knights of the Nine stand together once again. I would not have thought it possible. We owe you a great debt."
