Fortis is a male Imperial Blade who resides at Cloud Ruler Temple in the Jerall Mountains north of Bruma. He can usually be found sparring with Pelagius (the two of them could possibly be an allusion to Fort Pelagiad in Morrowind) in the courtyard of Cloud Ruler Temple.
