Glarthir is an obsessive Bosmer Commoner living in Skingrad who believes that he is constantly being watched and conspired against. To this end, Glarthir will attempt to enlist the help of the player, initiating the quest Paranoia. He can usually be found wandering around the north side of Skingrad. He has a large collection of books piled sloppily in his home. He does not offer any services. Once killed, his body will never disappear.
